Whether or not your webcam works depends on multiple elements, such as your local settings, the used internet browser and the settings of a firewall blocking the webcam signal.

You can simply go through one or all of these steps:

  1. Test your webcam here
  2. In case your firewall is blocking the signal, use the following settings: 


Signaling server:
• Domain api.bistri.com
• Protocols HTTPS/WSS
• Port TCP 443

Relay server (TURN)
• Domain relay.bistri.com
• Protocols STUN/TURN
• Port UDP/TCP 443
• Port UDP/TCP 3478

By the way, we recommend to avoid Internet Explorer as a browser.
